Crusade concludes exclusive patent deal On 15th May 2006, Crusade concluded a licence agreement with the Wistar Institute of Anatomy and Biology and the University of Pennsylvania relating to certain patents for the treatment of non-neuronal cancer with oncolytic herpes simplex viruses. The agreement gives Crusade exclusive rights to US and European patents. Crusade also becomes a co-owner of the patents.
