Crusade Labs is a leading research and development organisation that specialises in the application of oncolytic viruses for effective and innovative treatment of cancer.

Drawing on 30 years of investigation into the Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) we have successfully harnessed the natural lysing properties of HSV to destroy cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unaffected.

Our lead product, Seprehvir, was applied to over 60 patients, including 45 with Glioblastoma brain tumour, in a range of trials. As well as targeting and killing cancer cells it has shown no negative side effects. We are now preparing to embark on further clinical trials, to produce more evidence of just how effective Seprehvir is as a therapy for cancer.

Seprehvir has been developed with the ability to couple together with existing therapies to improve the efficacy of these treatments.

Our aim is simple: to have Seprehvir approved and available to patients as quickly as possible.
